PICTURES SENT TO WOODSONG ART WORKS It is solely and without exception the responsibility of the person sending pictures to the site to ensure that they have the permission of the copyright owner to use the image. By sending your picture to woodsong-artworks.co.uk you warrant that:
a) it is your own original work or that you have the written permission of the copyright owner and that you have the right to make it available to Woodsong Art Works Limited for all the purposes specified above;
b) it does not infringe any law; and
c) you indemnify Woodsong Art Works Limited against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Woodsong Art Works Limited as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
d) you waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the site and the purposes specified above.

You must notify us with any problems with the order within 24 hours of you receiving the goods. Items must be returned within 14 days. To return items you must use our approved courier, please contact us to make arrangements.

Under the UK Distance selling regulations, if you have received goods and have changed your mind about purchasing, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

1. You inform us within seven working days of receipt of product(s).

2. You return the goods within 14 days.

3. Goods are returned in the condition they were received in the original packaging.

4. Goods are not a bespoke made to order item (this covers items produced under the Your Images section that have a client approved proof).

Please check your delivery before signing for it and ask the courier to countersign if the delivery is damaged and we will exchange the item free of charge. To qualify please keep all packaging, items and delivery note and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Any bespoke items produced for the customer that are in perfect condition will not be refunded or replaced. All bespoke items will be approved by the customer before they are printed.
